How to use it

Send a photo
Send a picture to the ghost on any channel that supports images (iMessage, Telegram, Slack).

Get a best guess
The ghost identifies the item and replies with a best guess plus a few options to buy.

Order as usual
From there it's the same as any order — pick one, get the all‑in quote, confirm.
Tips for better matches
Tip
- Get the item reasonably centered and in focus.
- A clean shot of the product beats a busy scene.
- If the match isn't quite right, just describe it in words to refine: "close, but in black".
