The ghost remembers where to ship so you only enter an address once.

Saving an address

The first time you order, the ghost asks for a US shipping address — name, street, city, state, ZIP, and a phone number for the carrier. Give it all in one message and it's saved as your default.

You can save more than one (home, work, a gift recipient) and label them:

"save this as my work address: …"

Using a saved address

On future orders the ghost ships to your default automatically. To use a different one:

"ship this to my work address"

Updating or clearing

"update my home address" "remove my work address"

You can also view and delete saved addresses from your dashboard.
