Once you confirm, the ghost handles the rest and reaches out proactively as things happen — you never have to check a portal.

The order lifecycle

Your USDC is debited from your balance and the order is placed. Payment always settles before the order, so you're never left in limbo.

Placed

The order is in. If any shipping buffer went unused, you get that money back right away.

Shipped

The ghost texts you the carrier and tracking number the moment it's available.

Delivered

A quick heads‑up when it lands.

Checking on an order

You don't have to, but you can ask any time:

"where's my desk?" "track my last order"

You can also see all your orders, statuses, and tracking in your dashboard.

If something goes wrong

If an order can't be completed for any reason — out of stock, a price jump beyond your authorized cap, an address problem — you're refunded in full, automatically, and the ghost tells you what happened in plain language. See Refunds & returns.

Canceling

If an order hasn't been fulfilled yet, ask the ghost to cancel it:

"cancel my last order"

If it's still cancelable, you'll be refunded in full. Once an order is being processed by the retailer it usually can't be canceled — but a return may still be possible.
